Group owns the only gas base galvanize plant located at Surat, (Gujarat) It covers the area of 1,00,000 sq. ft. which includes 6 tank of 6 meter x 1meter x 0.8 meters in size. For the support of heave items to dip into tank, the plant also has an automatic crane with a heavy lifting capacity. The treatment of steel is effectively handeled with special chemicals to minimize effluents. The controlled teratment induces an ideal reaction with steel and provides a better surface to work on. The power of this plant is to galvanize 1000 tons per month & having fully equipped chemical Laboratory for Quality Assurance. Other than this, our expertise also lies in successfully undertaking O&M work. This includes executing project of OFC laying in a few states as well as undertaking O&M projects for the same.
